Hey, uh, Why doesn't it work on mac? and I AM talking about the web version. Whenever I press play, my Mac gets, like, Boiling hot, and it gets hard to close the tab.
you must pay for what you made me do to that dog, AHHHHHHHH🤣🤣🤣 no seriously that was a hell of a lot of fun. Weird, quirky, all around great time! Love if you checked out my video, I guarantee a good laugh 👌😎
I loved every second of this. This is an excellent example of a good experience that can be made with very simple assets and a very basic gameplay loop.
I love that each segment is short and to the point, that there’s a little twist after every iteration, that the music changes slightly in each level in – at first – subtle and then prominent ways, and the way this leads up to an ending that’s simultaneously unexpected but also well-earned.
There’s a lot of subtle touches to this game that make it an absolute joy to play from beginning to end, and I was genuinely impressed with some of the effects that the team managed to pull off. Sure, it’s a simple gag, but it kept me laughing all the way through, and for a free game that’s only about ten minutes long that’s all I can really ask for.
I just wish it supported proper fullscreen, because I had to exit out of the game and hide my Windows taskbar in order to read the subtitles that come up later on.
I only now read that this game was made in 48 hours and color me impressed! This game is a perfect example of "less is more." I think most gamers who've been around the block have probably played a game or two where they thought, "This is a whole lotta nothing." Like when you have a big map or a huge inventory list, and then you don't even use half the stuff. Your concept was INCREDIBLY simple, and yet it was executed in a way that was fun for the player the first time, and keeps us coming back by slowly warping the items around the room each time. The music was the masterful thread that tied this piece together: a lovely, daytime-television theme song that slowly began to warp and turn into Twilight Zone all-is-not-right-in-the-neighborhood theme. And yet, despite the creepiness, the entire game is held together by its title theme: we're still making tea. It may be with teabags, it may be with dogs, but it's still tea. Bravo on your work and may your future endeavors be filled with the fun, flavor, and nonsense that this piece beautifully captures.
I loved the mixture of 2-D and 3-D, the details in the music changing as the game goes along, and how unsettlingly realistic it gets near the end. It was definitely a great little game. So happy to play it!

Bro, I really put glass and dog treats in my tea. 10/10 game.
I laughed, I derped, I got an uneasy sense of dread, but most of all I made a cup of tea. Great experience.
I like how the music gets more cursed with each level.

it's so cute I think this game good...yeah
Could've upped the creepy factor by making the player put the milk in first.
That being said, I would happily play a much extended version of this game.
really cool
I didn't expect the creepy and unsettling vibe. Oh the goosebumps!
That. WAS. Hilarious. Its so unexpected but It gives off a Creepy Vibe at the end, and its just.... Amazing

5/5. Taught me how to make a proper cup of tea. I was always leaving out the dog food and crushed glass. Can't wait to see what you make next!
